So long… partner

I’m sad.

I’m sad guys.

The moment has finally arrived.

The moment I was hoping it would never come.

Peter Capaldi is leaving Doctor Who.

I think the moment has finally come to share with you, my story as a whovian. About how I entered the Doctor Who fandom.

Let’s go back in time my magical children…

Everything started back in OY.com, when I created my SuperFolder account.

I remember that one day, we were talking about TV shows, and someone mentioned Doctor Who. Lots of people would suddenly start fanboying/fangirling. And so, I’d pretend I also knew Doctor Who and was a whovian. I even said Matt Smith was my favorite Doctor. Even though I had no single idea who he was :v

Oh and that’s not all, I’d also fold Matt Smith’s Doctor, so they would believe me xD

This was in 2013. The day of the 50th anniversary (I remember I played the Google game of Doctor Who :v ).

Anyway, you know the BBC revealed the picture of who would be the next Doctor, Peter Capaldi, somewhere around that date too. And I was like “OMG EW HE IS TOO OLD TO BE THE DOCTOR”.

The year passed, and Capaldi’s first season began. Everything went back to normal (I’d still fold Matt Smith’s Doctor just for fun). Normal year. 2014. Blah blah blah.

Then the next year. My brother saw that Doctor Who was on. And we decided to start watching it just for fun. It was “Dark Water” episode of Season 8. And oh my god I loved it. Then we watched “Death in Heaven” and I’d be like “oh my god OH MY GOD OH MY GOD”. And that’s how I fell in love with Doctor Who. With Peter Capaldi as my first Doctor.

Months later Jenna Coleman would announce she was leaving Doctor Who and I’d be like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!.

Then I slowly started to become a Whovian. I bought Matt Smith’s seasons and I watched them while they were broadcasting Season 9 so I could quickly catch up.

Then I bought Christopher’s season, then David’s seasons. And I fell in love with Doctor Who.

And Peter Capaldi became my favorite Doctor. He was my first Doctor, and his episodes made me fall in love with the show. Actually, I think I’m part of the people who think Season 8 wasn’t THAT BAD. I loved it xD but Season 9 is my favorite :3

So you can imagine how I cried last year when “The Return of Doctor Mysterio” was broadcasted live with the U.K. here. It was beautiful.

But now, Peter has said he is leaving, along with Moffat. I suppose he will be regenerating on this year’s Christmas special.
You know what Peter? You’ll be missed. A lot. Many people don’t like you, but you are my Doctor. And I respect your decision about leaving. You brought your own taste to the show. And I’m looking forward to this year’s Season 10, and to Pearl’s performance as Bill and Matt Lucas’ performance as Nardole. I feel like this season will be great.

Thank you for everything Peter :’)

BUT HEY PETER CAPALDI STILL HAS THIS YEAR AS THE DOCTOR WOOOOOOOOOOOO.

The Mystery Blogger Award!!

Hey everyone!!!

It’s been forever since I do an award. Like, for real. I can’t remember when was the last time I did an award.

Be right back, let me check it out.

Almost four months huh.

Well then.

Anyway, thank you so much Ivy (and Ella too :v ) for nominating me to do this award. Everyone go check her blog now.

Now.

I said now.

.

.

.

.

All right I think I can continue 🙂

Three things about myself:

  1. I’m turning into a Potterhead ahhhhhhhhhhh.
  2. I love when my classmates get mad at me because I’m annoying them a lot with Doctor Who references.
  3. I’m an admin in a Sherlock fanpage in facebook.

Answers to Ivy’s questions:

1: What is the dream you most want to achieve?

Oh my god, get to travel to England :3

2: If you’ve ever been in love, what was it like? If you’ve had your first kiss, what was it like? If not, what is your favorite dessert?

Right, so being in love is kind of, I don’t know, frustrating? Because like, you feel something which makes you happy in your heart. But also you can see that the person you are in love with may not be as interested in you as you are in them. So yeah, frustrating is the word I think. Haven’t had my first kiss yet. Still waiting for the right person. And favorite dessert? Um, M&M’s cake?

3: What do you do when no one’s watching? (not in a creepy way 😅)

I’m likely to try to deduce you like Sherlock does :v

4: What is a really embarrasing moment you’ve had?

Ugh, I’ve had so many embarrasing moments it’s not funny. Like when I waved at someome thinking they were looking at me but they were looking at the person behind? :’v

5: What book that was assigned to you to read by a teacher did you most enjoy reading?

The Outsiders by Susan Eloise Hinton. Oh gosh, love that book.

My best post:

WordPress says What happens if you lose your pencil? is my best post yet. *shrugs*

My nominees:

Guys, this post goes for you:

Omg the real Two-Face

Hey everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

😀

:DD

:DDD

Today I’m going to try to make “tomorrow’s” picture for Talk About-Thursday.

I downloaded tons of pictures. Let’s see if I can nail it.

Today in Chemistry my teacher was mad at us because we didn’t include our name in our homework.

First time she asks for that.

And she was mad.

Now we have -2 points in our final note.

-_-

Why you do this…

I mean come on!!!! It’s the first time!!! And I always (well not always but most of the time) bring my homework. I put a lot of effort on it and just because I forgot to add the freaking name I have -2 points now.

My classmates were also upset. >:c

In other news I found the real Two-Face!

Put your finger in one half of Harrison Ford’s face. Then place it on the other half.

That reminds me… what do you think about Star Wars Episode VIII’s title: The Last Jedi

Please don’t die Luke. I beg you.

How was your day?

The sky is the start line.

Ravenclaw!

Well I can’t believe I haven’t posted since Wednesday 0-0

What the heck is wrong with me?

Anyway, hey guys! It feels nice to see you again!

Well, “see”, because I can’t really see you and you really can’t see me so it’d actually be “read” but I can’t say it’s been long since I last read you because some of you don’t comment so yeah.

You can’t see me.

Anyway, ever since I joined the Harry Potter fandom (can you please tell me if the fandom’s name is Potterhead fandom or if there’s another name for it?) I’ve taken lots of quizzes about which is my Hogwarts house.

Looks like I’m a Ravenclaw peeps.

#yesprettymuch #accurate

Like, for real guys. Every quiz I take tells me at the end that I’m a Ravenclaw member.

I like it actually. Seems great.

It’s just funny that there’s no quiz that hasn’t told me anything different.

Anyway, how was your day peeps? Ready for the week?? 😀

The sky is the start line.

I need to make a Plan B

Hey hey hey everyone!! Happy Wednesday!!

Well as you know tomorrow is Thursday. And you know what I do on Thursday. I make my “weekly” post Talk About-Thursday.

And I said “weekly” because I didn’t post yesterday.

And seems like I won’t be able to post tomorrow either.

._.

Somehow Photoshop stopped working so I haven’t been able to do the main picture of the post. Y’know, I feel like I must include the picture in every issue.

So basically I’m looking for apps where I can make the edits too. I downloaded PicsArt and it’s pretty good. But I also need an app that can delete the background of a picture. A plan B.

Please, if you know an app that can do this, could you tell me? Please???? I need it 😥

I use an Android btw.

In other news…

The accuracy of that picture is amazing 0-0

How was your day everyone?

Sherlock: The Final Problem | Thoughts on Season 4 + Another Hiatus (?)

Do I have to say this again?

Jeez.

All right then.

WARNING: This post contains MASSIVE (and by MASSIVE I mean MASSIVE FOR REAL [gonna fanboy a lot]) spoilers about Sherlock’s episode: The Final Problem. If you haven’t watched the episode yet, get the **** out of here.

Ahh Sherlock’s season finale. I had the fortune of watching at the same time it was being broadcasted at the U.K. since they cut the final 10 minutes of the episode here at the BBC’s official channel.

Whoops xD

Right so the episode begins with this little girl who (omg that’s Eurus) is on a plane about to crash, and she gets a call. And the one who is making the call is dun dun dun Jim Moriarty AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! And then of course, our lovely intro.

Anyway, I’m going to start with what were my expectations on this season.
First of all, when I saw the trailer that was released last year on Comic Con, I thought “hey! Maybe we can finally discover how Moriarty did all these stuff on the past series! An explanation of how he was getting ready to catch Sherlock and how he was one step ahead”. Well, I technically found out how, Eurus.

But what caught my attention was the name “Sherrinford”. The planned name for Sherlock Sir Arthur Conan Doyle made before using his actual name, the name which was later used on non-canon stories for a third Holmes brother. Plus, the names “Smith” and “Thatcher”.

Turns out “Thatcher” was indeed a very good hint for the fans, since they knew which story the chapter would be based on (the weird thing is that there are two “The Six Thatchers” stories in the Sherlock canon now but meh). But we later found out The Six Thatchers would reveal a very important part of Mary’s past, as member of AGRA (another reference, this time to the Agra treasure in The Sign of Four), which we previously thought was the name of Mary, since she told John that on His Last Vow.

Then the name Smith, obviously a reference to Culverton Smith, the villain of the short story “The Dying Detective” by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and, may I say, one of my favorite stories. You can notice that when the name “Smith” was revealed I was very excited.

Turns out I was right! That picture was John watching Sherlock pretending to be dying (as mentioned on So… Sherrinford?). This time doing it in a modern and brilliant way. Amazing job Steven Moffat. The Lying Detective became my favorite episode of the entire Sherlock series.

But the most shocking part was the ending, when finally Eurus Holmes made her appearence, revealing how she fooled Sherlock and John days before. Although, what was Sherrinford then?

Well, last Sunday we got to find out Sherrinford was actually the place were Mycroft kept Eurus, because of some crazy stuff the naughty girl did when the Holmes siblings were children.

This time Eurus revealed how she helped Jim Moriarty with his business with Sherlock, and also played a game with him, Mycroft and John on Sherrinford. The final problem. Where they would be forced to solve and save people. Although it wouldn’t be that easy…

Yes, that sentence which killed us on the teaser posted by the BBC one month before the episode, was actually a sentence for Molly. (See I love you).

My poor Molly 😥  I’m so glad she didn’t die. That would’ve killed me—

ANYWAY.

The way Eurus played with Sherlock was indeed interesting and great. Plus the reference to the short story The Musgrave Ritual which on the Sherlock canon meant the death of Redbeard which wasn’t actually Sherlock’s dog but his best friend.

Yes, Eurus Holmes was a very bad girl.

And even though half the episode felt rushed, and even though there are tons (TONS [my friend included]) of people who disliked the episode, I’ve got to say the ending was amazing.

As my mother would say, every good or bad person had that moment on their life which made them the people they are today. And of course that was the case of Eurus. A problematic sibling relationship.

Still though, how did she manage to talk to Sherlock via security cameras while pretending to be a little girl on a plane? (Unless of course those were also recordings, like the ones Moriarty did before he died).

Yes, Eurus was the person in charge of the Miss Me? recordings.

The P.S. recording of Mary felt like too much. The episode would’ve worked out better without it. But it showed us how the Baker Street boys were back, with more cases to solve and the toddler Watson, Rosemund.

The Adventure of the Dancing Men, another wink to Sherlock fans.

This was a very good finale for the season, and also, a finale for the show.

I mean, of course there are lots of other stories that are left, about Sherlock getting older, him beekeeping, or his house on the countryside…

But I feel like the show would just stop having that special tasting it has left on us, Sherlockians. I don’t like the idea of another season of Sherlock.

Although, another special, like The Abominable Bride, released years later to show us how Sherlock and John are still playing their game, wouldn’t be bad. A special episode. Just that. Not a bad idea. Anyway, even if another hiatus is coming or not, the decision will be taken by the Sherlock crew.

I just have to say this was the best way to end the show (at least it was for me), and of course, in the 150th anniversary of A Study in Scarlet. Sherlock has become one of my favorite TV shows, and it’s very special to not just me, but for millions of fans over the world.

Now if we could go to Speedy’s and order some sandwhiches, that would be great. I’m starving.

The sky is the start line.

P.S. Happy Blog Anniversary to me! xD

Miss Me? | But this time I mean me, not Moriarty.

The Appointment in Samarra | Story

Hey guys!!! It’s storytime! 😀 Today’s story is: The Appointment in Samarra. Death is the one who speaks on the story.

“Now listen closely…”

There was a merchant in Bagdad who sent his servant to market to buy provisions, and in a little while the servant came back, whige and trembling, and said:

“Master, just now when I was in the marketplace I was jostled by a woman in the crowd and when I turned I saw it was Death that jostled me. She looked at me and made a threatening gesture, now, lend me your horse, and I will ride away from this city and avoid my fate. I will go to Samarra and there Death will not find me.”

“Avoid his fate and go…”

The merchant lent him his horse, and the servant mounted it, and he dug his spurs in its flanks and as fast as the horse could gallop he went. Then the merchant went down to the marketplace and he saw me standing in the crowd and he came to me and said:
“Why did you make a threating getsture to my servant when you saw him this morning?”

“That was not a threatening gesture” I said, “it was only a start of surprise. I was astonished to see him in Bagdad, for I had an appointment with him tonight in Samarra.”

Hmmm

THE END 🙂

Alll right I admit it. This is another sherlockian post. But hey, I loved the way it is related to The Six Thatchers. And non-Sherlockian readers can agree that this is a interesting story. It tells us that whatever we do, we can’t avoid death.

Dunnn.

Anyway, how was your day guys? ☺

Moffat did it. AGAIN.

WARNING: This post contains MASSIVE (and by massive I mean MASSIVE [I mean I’m going to fanboy a lot]) spoilers about Sherlock’s Season 4 episode: The Lying Detective. If you haven’t watched it yet, get the **** out of here.

Hey everyone! Fan-tas-tic monday don’t you think? 😀

No.

So today I don’t want to talk about anything that isn’t Sherlock.

And more about “The Lying Detective”.

So yeah if you ain’t interested on the show and what I have to say about the chapter you can stop reading and leave. Really.

Also, if you are interested on the show BUT you haven’t watched the episode… leave too.

Seriously, leave.

Go and watch dank memes. Do your homework. Read something. But stop reading.

No, for real. Get the **** out of here if you don’t want to get spoiled.

It’s your last chance dude.

All right. That was the final chance. I assume that if you are reading this you have watched “The Lying Detective” or you do want to get spoiled or you just don’t have anything else to do. So yeah. Let’s begin.

The Lying Detective: Reaction

One word: anyone.

*badum tss*

All right for real. One word: Eurus.

FREAKING EURUS MAN. FREAKING EURUS HOLMES.

NEVERMIND SHERRINFORD (still I don’t know if Sherrinford is actually her code name so…) BUT EURUS GUYS. EURUS.

SHE’S SHERLOCK’S SISTER.

AND SHE’S ALSO THE WOMAN WHO JOHN WAS TEXTING TO.

AND HIS THERAPIST GUYS.

Mr and Mrs Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive…

Hey everyone and a happy saturday!!

Guess what.

What.

I got a new phone.

Yayyyyy.

Guess what else.

What.

I got a new backpack too which will be very useful since they had stolen mine last month.

Yayyyyy x2.

Guess what else.

What.

I’m entering the Harry Potter fandom.

My dad got me the first three books of the Harry Potter series and I’ve got to say something.

Why the heck did my mother think Harry Potter was awful?

Like, guys, I grew up with my mom telling me not to read Harry Potter because there were magic stuff which could have been mistaken with other darker things against my religion.

Mom. Seriously?

I mean I’ve just read the first book but so far I loved it. And I can’t wait to read the rest and The Cursed Child and the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them book and then buy the movies and buy any other book wrote by the almighty J.K. Rowling.

I’m pretty sure that my mom wouldn’t have let me watch Doctor Who when younger if she hadn’t thought it was similar to Star Wars (which also she didn’t like at first but my dad is a truly geek).

In other news…

The conclusion of Torchwood: Children of Earth killed me.

;-;

It was amazing tbh. The acting by John Barrowman and Eve Myles is pretty good.

TIME TO START SEASON FOUR.

AND TOMORROW SHERLOCK SEASON FOUR EPISODE TWO: THE LYING DETECTIVE AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Any PotterHeads here?

No, wait, better, any PotterWhoLock fans here?

The sky is the start line.
